Senior Sourcer – Manufacturing/Skilled Trades – Consultant

📋 Description

• The Senior Sourcer is tasked with leading all facets of the candidate sourcing and generation process for both exempt and non-exempt roles for clients of ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions.

• Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to each job position by creatively conducting research and leveraging various resources.

• Build and maintain a continuous and diverse pipeline of potential candidates through research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, and more as required by ManpowerGroup clients.

• Utilize a range of technical tools to pinpoint and attract a highly qualified candidate pool.

• Manage referral sources and other identified sourcing channels effectively.

• Document sourcing methods to facilitate sharing with other members of the recruitment team.

• Provide training to the recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and other relevant platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies for specialized manufacturing roles.

• Proven experience managing a requisition load of 50-75+ positions.

• Experienced in sourcing candidates for up to 12 different locations simultaneously.

• Must be located in the Central time zone with the capacity to work across Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones.

• Extensive knowledge and a track record of success in utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies to identify both passive and active candidate pools, including contact lists, internal and external databases, meet-ups/blogs, cold calling, and thorough research.

• Ability to conduct competitive and demographic analyses for recruitment purposes.

• Experience managing and executing multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with and experience in using and implementing recruiting-related technologies.

• Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by strong presentation abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills, both internal and external.

• Diplomatic and tactful communication style.
