• Identify and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the job position by creatively conducting research and utilizing various resources.
• Develop a continuous and diverse pipeline of potential candidates through research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, and more as needed for ManpowerGroup clients.
• Utilize a range of technical tools to discover and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates.
• Manage referral sources along with other identified sourcing channels.
• Document research methodologies for sharing with other members of the recruiting team.
• Train fellow recruitment team members on new internet sites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to pinpoint gaps in the sourcing strategy and develop a plan to establish a candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify, screen, and present qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on the job description provided.
• Assist in the development of job requisitions and descriptions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the job requisition and description, focusing on the competencies, skills, and knowledge required for successful applicants.
• Maintain awareness of the number of resumes required for open positions.
• Handle ATS (Applicant Tracking System) maintenance.
• Enter and update candidate information in the ATS on a daily basis.
• Generate recruitment metric reports manually and via the applicant tracking system.
• Create, organize, and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork.
• Manage resume conversion and application maintenance.
• Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies for niche manufacturing roles.
• Must possess experience managing a requisition load of 50-75+.
• Must have experience sourcing for up to 12 different locations simultaneously.
• Must reside in the Central Time Zone with the capability to work across Pacific, Mountain, and Central Time Zones.
• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated success in utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying both passive and active candidate pools, including contact lists, internal and external databases, meet-ups/blogs, cold calling, and research.
• Ability to create competitive and demographic analyses for use in recruiting functions.
• Experience in overseeing and executing multiple projects concurrently.
• Understanding and experience in using and implementing recruiting-related technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, alongside strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, both internal and external.
