• Identify and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific job positions by creatively conducting research and utilizing various resources.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of potential candidates through research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, and other methods as required for ManpowerGroup clients.
• Employ a range of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified candidate pool.
• Manage referral sources and other identified sourcing channels effectively.
• Document research methodologies for sharing with fellow recruitment team members.
• Train recruitment team members on new internet sites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to pinpoint gaps in sourcing strategies and develop plans to create a pipeline of candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify, screen, and submit qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on the given job description.
• Assist in the development of job requisitions and descriptions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of job requisitions and descriptions to identify required competencies, skills, and knowledge necessary for successful applicants.
• Maintain awareness of the number of resumes needed for open positions.
• Oversee ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance.
• Input and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system on a daily basis.
• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and through the applicant tracking system.
• Create, organize, and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications, and related paperwork.
• Manage resume conversions and application maintenance.
• Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies for niche manufacturing roles.
• Must have experience managing a requisition load of 50-75+.
• Must have experience sourcing for up to 12 different locations simultaneously.
• Must reside in the Central time zone with the capability to work across Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones.
• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated success in utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies to identify both passive and active candidate pools, including contact lists, internal and external databases, meet-ups/blogs, cold calling, and research.
• Ability to conduct competitive and demographic analyses for use in recruiting functions.
• Experience in overseeing and executing multiple projects concurrently.
• Understanding and experience with recruiting-related technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills, both internally and externally.
