This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Offering strategic direction, structure, leadership, and inspiration to the SE organization within the region.
• Interacting with customers by showcasing executive presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with Sales leadership and field Sales teams on strategies, critical wins, and strategic opportunities.
• Working alongside peers and leadership to assist in the region's go-to-market initiatives.
• Utilizing data-driven decision-making strategies to promote growth in the region.
• Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leading efforts to enhance the team's capabilities for introducing new products to our customers.
• Proven experience in managing a team, which includes career coaching, performance management, and mentoring.
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Services.
• Expertise in Zero Trust security concepts and technologies, including Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, and Microsegmentation.
• Capability to analyze data, deliver actionable solutions, and provide thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders.
• A customer advocate with a passion for delivering technical solutions and presenting technical subjects to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully fostering collaboration around technical and business initiatives.
