This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead technical conversations with key clients, grasping their requirements and challenges while delivering sophisticated technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead the development of solutions for key accounts, customizing technically sound solutions to meet unique customer needs.
• Offer advanced technical expertise and guidance to both internal teams and clients as a recognized subject matter expert.
• Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by leveraging extensive product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and other departments to synchronize customer requirements with product capabilities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, providing recommendations for product improvements and innovations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, fostering robust relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, imparting technical knowledge and best practices.
• Engage in product testing and deliver constructive feedback to enhance product quality and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading technical discussions and developing solutions for key accounts.
• Proven ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Strategic mindset to aid in the formulation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Mentorship abilities to foster the growth of junior team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Capacity to independently lead significant customer meetings (both onsite and virtual) to formulate and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
