Senior Solutions Engineer, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise through solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts using various methods - including in-person and virtual presentations, whiteboards, etc.

• Ability to address the customer's needs effectively.

• Offer support assistance to customers whenever necessary.

• Conduct customer demonstrations and assist with onboarding processes.

• Design solutions tailored to the customer's requirements, showcasing flexibility and the capability to work on multiple solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to navigate internal challenges.

• Identify and report processes that may require improvements.

• Ensure accurate account details and contact information are maintained in our CRM system.

• Partner with the Customer Success and Sales teams to manage all demo and onboarding setups.

• Foster a research and development mindset to devise innovative solutions and workflows.

• Work hours are from 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.

• A full-time degree in an Engineering discipline is required.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and making API calls.

• Significant experience with POSTMAN, integration tools like Zapier, and other middleware solutions.
