This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Supervise the solution sales initiatives throughout the sales process to secure the technical win and establish customer trust.
• Assist clients in transitioning securely to the cloud.
• Engage in solution-focused sales calls and prospect visits, assessing the customer's requirements.
• Collect requirements, create use cases, and comprehend our clients' needs and limitations.
• Capable of presenting the 'Threat Defence Lifecycle' and illustrating how it addresses the customers' needs and objectives.
• Offer technical expertise during customer product and solution demonstrations.
• Develop unsolicited solution proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements and are suitable for their intended purpose.
• Oversee the technical or solution responses to RFIs/RFPs and coordinate the virtual teams to achieve a comprehensive consultative response.
• Present solution proposals to customers, showcasing how we address their requirements and how this aligns with their desired outcomes, while differentiating from competitors.
• Lead the proof of concept from initiation, managing all activities and coordination, until completion.
• Maintain a competent level of knowledge and technical expertise regarding Trellix products, solutions, and sales propositions.
• Stay updated on cloud security trends and industry analyst reports, utilizing this knowledge to drive technical sales success.
• Actively engage within your target accounts, building trusted relationships, overseeing customer issues in collaboration with support, expanding the existing footprint, and promoting displacements.
• Serve as a mentor for SEs by sharing best practices and providing product feedback.
• Act as the technical account lead for Customer Executive Briefing events.
• Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs.
• Maintain technical SE activities within the Salesforce system.
• Participate in the Global Presales Enablement program by delivering formal classroom training.
• Adhere to Trellix corporate guidelines and compliance.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of SecOps and XDR.
• Experience with Endpoint Security and EDR.
