Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with major Public Safety agencies across the nation to identify their requirements and create customized drone solutions as a trusted expert and vital member of the Major Accounts Team.

• Execute product demonstrations and guarantee the seamless incorporation of technology into customer agency operations and their existing data management systems.

• Assist in coordinating and providing technical support for “early access” pilot programs of Skydio products.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and enhancements.

• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to aid in the development and implementation of customer projects, including the creation of Customer Success Plans and preparation for dock installation site readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of drone technology, public safety sUAS operations, and adherence to regulatory compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster relationships with clients.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.

• Capability to lift 60 lbs without assistance.

• Possession of an FAA Part 107 Certificate.

• It is highly recommended that all Skydio employees obtain their FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment, especially for certain positions.
