Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery efforts to identify customer challenges, pain points, and success metrics, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business goals.

• Promote value-driven sales by effectively communicating Neo4j’s distinctive advantages and return on investment to both technical and business audiences.

• Manage the pre-sales process, delivering compelling presentations, live demos, and competitive analyses.

• Align customer needs with applicable Neo4j product features.

• Create proof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations and prototypes that highlight measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Proven experience collaborating with partners, including hyperscalers, ISVs, and system integrators.

• Capability to operate independently within a cross-functional, global organization.

• Openness to travel as necessary for customer and partner interactions.
