• Manage the pre-sales process, delivering compelling presentations, live demos, and competitive analyses.
• Align customer needs with applicable Neo4j product features.
• Create proof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations and prototypes that highlight measurable business results.
• Over 7 years of experience in pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience collaborating with partners, including hyperscalers, ISVs, and system integrators.
• Capability to operate independently within a cross-functional, global organization.
• Openness to travel as necessary for customer and partner interactions.
