This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the technical sales initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Identify and evaluate customer challenges, providing product demonstrations, conducting Proof of Concepts, engaging in technical discussions, and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with new and existing partners and service providers to uncover shared opportunities and establish technical alliances.
• Contribute to the success and expansion of the current customer base in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
• Work alongside other departments, such as marketing and product development, to shape product direction based on customer insights and assist with webinars and content creation.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Engineering capacity for a B2B vendor.
• Proven history of delivering solutions and engaging with technical customer personas, including developers and architects.
• Proficiency in presenting advanced technical subjects and customizing demonstrations for diverse audiences.
• Experience in technology, particularly in areas like API management, IAM, and integration.
• Strong grasp of the AI industry and contemporary Agentic tools and protocols (MCP, A2A, LLMs).
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, including OAuth Protocol and JWT.
• Familiarity with REST, JSON, and XML standards.
• Some experience with scripting, preferably in Java or JavaScript/Python.
• Capability to design deployment architectures (HA, DR, etc.).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes, along with experience in Linux/Windows environments.
