• Collaborate with Account Executives to grasp prospects’ challenges and effectively communicate Fieldguide’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to potential clients.
• Establish credibility with the technical advocate within the prospective company.
• Comprehend and facilitate all stages of the sales cycle, including leading technical validations during the Proof of Value phase.
• Enhance sales velocity and aid in closing deals.
• Contribute to initiatives related to the sales process, product development, or best practices.
• Conduct organized discovery sessions to identify customer needs and requirements that pertain to decision criteria and significant business issues.
• Present and demonstrate the product compellingly based on key messages, decision criteria, and major business challenges, ensuring a competitive presentation of the product.
• Effectively manage customer inquiries and objections.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate complex customer onboarding processes.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on deal strategies, and with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to address challenging technical issues.
• Engage with product management to share insights on prospect and customer needs and industry trends, influencing the roadmap for market success.
• Ensure the roadmap is communicated clearly to customers as necessary to impact buying decisions.
• Provide leadership by developing content and training for critical areas.
• Work with the extended team to ensure their success and share your expertise.
• Exemplify Fieldguide’s core leadership principles and cultural values.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Internal Audit, SOX, or Compliance-focused customer-facing solutions engineering.
• Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations for C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with sales processes and infrastructure, including knowledge of at least one major CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
• Exceptional speaking and presentation skills, along with a unique ability to network in complex business environments.
• Self-motivated to surpass goals; rather than being intimidated, you find excitement in ambitious objectives.
• Possess executive presence with a keen awareness of what to communicate, and importantly, how to convey it.
