Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to grasp their distinctive business requirements and design, prototype, and implement customized solutions that meet those needs.

• Lead proof of concept demonstrations to illustrate the advantages of Clockwork's solutions within client environments.

• Provide technical guidance during client meetings, presentations, and workshops, addressing any technical questions or issues that may arise.

• Collaborate with Clockwork's sales team to finalize PoC evaluations and secure agreements.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Share valuable insights regarding product features, functionality, and performance, contributing to strategic discussions about product direction and architecture.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI networking, Kubernetes, and cloud computing, sharing your expertise with customers and internal teams.

• Represent Clockwork at conferences and industry events, with occasional travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a solutions architect or engineering position, ideally within the cloud or AI infrastructure sectors.

• Prior pre-sales experience, including POCs, engaging with client stakeholders, such as senior technical personnel and management.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and associated technologies.

• In-depth understanding of networking protocols.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical problems and deliver effective solutions.

• A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux (knowledge of Golang, C, C++, and Java is advantageous).
