Senior Solutions Engineer, Arabic Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively communicate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategic direction to customers.

• Take ownership of technical customer interactions and assist in closing intricate opportunities.

• Present product and technical information to both potential and current customers.

• Engage with customers and internal teams to gather and relay product and competitive feedback.

• Initiate product discussions based on the specific needs and challenges of customers.

• Improve documentation, compose blog articles, produce videos, contribute to knowledge base entries, and create training materials.

• Convert customer requirements into effective solutions utilizing Grafana Labs technology.

• Act as a liaison between Grafana Labs engineering teams, customers, and the Sales department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales.

• Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and leadership capabilities for diverse and complex tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to articulate Grafana's value and technical product benefits.

• Ability to tackle technical challenges and create innovative solutions for customers.

• A technical mindset with a strong desire for professional growth.

• Proficiency in Arabic.

• Must reside in Spain.

• Familiarity with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring is advantageous.

• Experience with MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies is a plus.
