Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gabon.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive solutions utilizing HAI Robotics' product offerings.

• Provide expert advice on system architecture, layout, and equipment selection.

• Assist partners in gathering and analyzing data related to warehouse operations.

• Leverage data insights to customize automation solutions that cater to the specific needs of end customers and promote ongoing design optimization.

• Exhibit deep technical knowledge in warehouse automation and logistics, enabling proactive identification and evaluation of potential risks.

• Work closely with partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

• Collaborate on project timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.

• Offer training to partners on HAI Robotics products, systems, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Information System, Engineering, Software, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of substantial experience in the Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) sectors.

• Demonstrated ability in fast-paced consultative thinking, recognizing critical issues, and devising practical solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with superior presentation abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Self-assured in presenting solutions both internally and to partners and potential customers.

• Familiarity with online collaboration tools.

• Experience with the MS Office suite.

• Willingness to travel as some travel may be necessary.
