Senior Solutions Consultant – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical advisor throughout the sales journey

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and potential clients

• Facilitate discovery sessions

• Present customized product demonstrations and presentations

• Address technical inquiries

• Offer expert insights on how Seeq’s advanced analytics platform addresses industrial challenges

• Collaborate with Account Executives to match Seeq’s capabilities with customer objectives

• Provide technical support during discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements

• Create and enhance demo assets, reusable content, and pre-sales best practices

• Relay customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams

• Effectively position Seeq based on industry trends, use cases, and competitor offerings

• Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned

• Assist in developing industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators for chemicals, mining, process manufacturing, and related industrial sectors

• Work in conjunction with the Director of Solutions Consulting and cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorized to work in the country where you reside

• Experience as a technical advisor in sales processes

• Capability to conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements

• Proficient in communicating Seeq’s solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to comprehend prospective customers’ business needs and challenges

• Familiarity with industrial sectors, including chemicals, mining, and process manufacturing

• Capacity to collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams

• Skills in developing demo assets, reusable content, solution documentation, and best practices

• Aptitude for keeping abreast of industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings
