📋 Description

• The key responsibilities involve the deployment, management, and validation of AI/HPC infrastructure within Linux-based environments utilizing cutting-edge NVIDIA hardware.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in collaboration with NVIDIA design engineering teams and external clients throughout planning discussions and implementation phases.

• Develop and transfer pertinent documentation, along with conducting knowledge transfer sessions necessary for customer support as they implement some of the most advanced systems globally!

• Offer constructive feedback to internal teams by reporting bugs, documenting workarounds, and recommending enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience delivering comprehensive support and deployment services; adept at resolving issues related to hardware and software products.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Linux system administration/dev ops, including process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures, troubleshooting, performance reporting/optimization/logging, and advanced networking (tuning and monitoring).

• Proven expertise in configuring, testing, validating, and resolving issues related to LAN and InfiniBand networking, with experience using validation tools for InfiniBand health and performance (such as ibdiag) and UFM (Unified Fabric Manager).

• Familiarity with benchmarking tools like HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPERF.

• Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.) and experienced with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).

• Knowledgeable in job schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, UGE, etc.

• Experience with Kubernetes.

• A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
