Senior Solutions Architect – Enterprise, Pre-Sales, IT/OT, Industrial Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business objectives into compelling platform value narratives, architectural principles, and adoption strategies.

• Collaborate on designing target IT–OT architectures for software-defined automation and Physical AI across multiple sites.

• Facilitate maturity assessments and architecture workshops involving business, IT, and OT stakeholders.

• Develop staged transformation roadmaps that include clear risk mitigation and value realization strategies.

• Assist Sales with high-level discussions, business cases, and long-term framework agreements.

• Recognize opportunities for expansion across various sites, use cases, and regions.

• Maintain architectural consistency throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or IT/OT Transformation Architect.

• Demonstrated experience in large enterprise settings and automation sectors.

• Strong grasp of cloud and enterprise IT architectures, OT systems, and shop-floor dynamics.

• Familiarity with industrial robotics, AMRs, and platform-centric business models.

• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, including CIO/CDO/CTO teams and OT/engineering teams.

• Exceptional skills in workshop facilitation, structuring, and abstraction.

• A business-outcome-oriented mindset characterized by ownership, curiosity, and practicality.

• Proficient in English and German at a C1 level.
