This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Become proficient in the Paddle product suite, which includes the checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
• Communicate confidently with C-suite executives and senior developers to assist them in creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop integration plans and sample code with sellers to facilitate their own Paddle integration.
• Support Account Executives during customer calls to help secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure our customers onboard and launch effectively.
• Serve as a product specialist, while also relaying issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to both public and internal documentation efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture with complex, enterprise-level clients.
• Strong background in various technologies, including a combination of the following:
• ○ Full or partial stack development.
• ○ Application development frameworks.
• ○ Common API interfaces.
• ○ Integration tools such as ETLs, iPaaS, etc., or experience with a built-in integration layer.
• Experience in using and integrating APIs.
• Ideally, proven expertise in payments, accounting practices, and/or subscription management.
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills gained from a customer-facing role.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
