Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create extensive technical solutions that tackle intricate business issues and pinpoint architectural enhancements across various technology sectors.

• Assess and refine solution architectures to enhance performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of technology implementations.

• Partner with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and development teams to design integrated solutions while offering technical leadership and guidance during implementation.

• Aid in business development and account expansion by lending solution architecture expertise to pipeline development and strategic planning efforts.

• Engage in strategic planning meetings aimed at broadening the solution portfolio and achieving enterprise growth goals.

• Deliver solution architecture advice and technical consultancy services to guarantee secure, compliant, and well-integrated technology implementations.

• Interact directly with senior government officials to showcase solution architectures, offer technical consultation, and act as a trusted advisor on complex technology projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant IT field is required.

• Must have a track record in designing intricate technical solutions.

• Professional expertise in development, DevSecOps, AI/ML engineering, and technical architecture, including the design and deployment of enterprise cloud applications with AI/ML on AWS.

• Currently possess or have the ability to obtain an AWS Solutions Architect Certification – Associate or Professional certification.

• Practical experience in architecting unified analytics platforms using Databricks for large-scale data processing, machine learning workflows, and collaborative data science initiatives.

• Experience in leading application modernization projects, including the breakdown of monolithic systems, decommissioning legacy platforms, and migrating to service-oriented or microservices architectures.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing real-time data streaming architectures with Apache Kafka or other message brokers for high-throughput, fault-tolerant event processing and data pipeline integration.

• Experience in architecting search and analytics solutions with the Elastic stack and/or Amazon OpenSearch.

• Background in software development with proficiency in solution architecture patterns, including microservices and event-driven architectures, and the ability to provide guidance on architecture pattern selection and best practices.
