Senior Solution Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage solution positioning and storytelling for the enterprise AI platform.

• Convert technical capabilities into articulate, differentiated, outcome-focused solutions that enhance enterprise pipeline and revenue.

• Take ownership of 3–4 key industries, ensuring narrative clarity, differentiation, and pipeline contribution within each.

• Establish the “why us, why now,” linking our platform to measurable business outcomes.

• Provide Sales with compelling narratives that secure competitive deals.

• Balance overarching solution positioning with the development of practical, revenue-generating collateral and sales enablement materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B solution marketing or enterprise product marketing, ideally within AI, data, or platform companies.

• Demonstrated ability to convert complex technical capabilities into clear, business-focused narratives.

• Experience in crafting industry narratives and translating horizontal platforms into vertical-specific solutions.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise purchasing dynamics and multi-stakeholder sales environments.

• Comfortable working across various industries and translating horizontal platforms into tangible use cases.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to create clarity from ambiguity.

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and focused on execution.
