Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in comprehensive sales activities while developing compelling value propositions.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business needs to discover potential opportunities.

• Showcase the ability to translate strategic business challenges into UiPath capabilities.

• Clearly articulate high-level solutions tailored to client requirements and environments during the sales process.

• Acquire knowledge about the advantages of innovative technologies and their integration with UiPath.

• Promote end-user adoption of UiPath products through various events, seminars, webinars, technical training sessions, and appropriate activities.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Delivery Leads and Professional Services teams to turn solutions into reality for clients.

• Support marketing efforts through evangelism initiatives, including writing blogs, speaking at UiPath marketing events/webinars, and participating in other industry events.

• Add value to clients’ business goals by providing an industry-relevant perspective on markets and sectors.

• Lead technical discussions throughout the sales process.

• Manage multiple opportunities effectively while understanding how to prioritize tasks.

• Stay informed about technological advancements, industry trends, and updates within the Presales community.

• Employ an innovative mindset to create effective solutions.

• Technical expertise with hands-on experience in digital technologies.

• Self-driven and proactive, with creative ideas to foster customer loyalty and adoption.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in building robust internal and external relationships.

• Demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and grace under pressure while addressing customer issues.

• Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.

• Previous experience with UiPath or other automation platforms is advantageous.

• Prior experience in Test Automation tools is a plus.
