This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the technical pre-sales process for enterprise clients, collaborating closely with ENS Account Executives from the discovery phase through to closing.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to gain insight into customer business objectives, current processes, technical environments, and success criteria among ENS stakeholders.
• Create and present engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific industry use cases relevant to ENS.
• Develop solution narratives and value hypotheses that link Tango capabilities to quantifiable benefits (such as portfolio visibility, compliance, cost reduction, space utilization, and operational efficiency).
• Convert customer requirements into solution architectures that encompass configuration strategies, data requirements, integrations, security aspects, and implementation assumptions.
• Assist with customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects by defining success criteria, managing timelines, and synthesizing results.
• Maintain and enhance demo environments, demo scripts, and reference architectures, ensuring alignment with the latest product roadmap and releases.
• Provide competitive insights and field feedback to Product and Marketing teams; identify gaps, emerging needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Empower internal teams (Sales, CSM, Partners) by sharing knowledge, developing best-practice playbooks, and coaching on effective product positioning.
• A minimum of 6 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Pre-Sales for B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in demonstrating complex and highly technical SaaS products.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct discovery sessions, map workflows, and create customized solution designs for both business and technical audiences.
• Strong skills in demo craftsmanship, including storytelling, objection handling, and the ability to convey features as business value.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture concepts (including multi-tenant SaaS, APIs, SSO/SAML/OIDC, data imports/ETL, integrations, and security controls).
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills (both virtual and in-person), with experience leading workshops.
• Highly preferred: background in business applications related to IWMS, energy and sustainability, corporate real estate and lease administration, facilities management, workplace and space management, retail store development and lifecycle, or public sector asset and portfolio management.
