Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Showcase Snowflake's technology and vision to both executives and technical teams at potential and current customers.

• Engage directly with prospects and customers to illustrate and convey the benefits of Snowflake technology throughout the sales process.

• Stay deeply informed about the fast-changing industry, keeping a thorough understanding of both competitive and complementary technologies.

• Work in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to constantly enhance Snowflake’s products and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years in a pre-sales role.

• Exceptional presentation abilities for both technical and executive audiences.

• Extensive experience with large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud solutions.

• Proficient in SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.

• Capability to align a customer’s unique business challenges with Snowflake’s offerings.

• Competence in conducting in-depth explorations of the customer’s architectural framework.

• An inquisitive nature towards the AI landscape.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI code generation tools effectively.

• A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience is preferred.
