Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead Pre-Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales team for technical exploration and to position Kestra Enterprise effectively.

• Oversee the Proof of Concept (POC) process while providing guidance on architecture, success metrics, and workflow design.

• Assist current customers throughout their journey from onboarding to architectural assessments.

• Troubleshoot intricate issues for Enterprise accounts and cooperate with engineering teams for solutions.

• Engage proactively with members of the open-source community to provide advice and convert feedback into product enhancements.

• Represent Kestra at industry meetups, conferences, and webinars while developing technical content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Engineering, Infrastructure-as-Code (Platform Engineering), or AI/MLOps.

• Proficient in conveying complex infrastructure concepts to a wide-ranging audience, from CTOs to Junior Data Analysts.

• Solution-Oriented: You don’t just identify bugs; you devise workarounds and propose architectural improvements.
