• Delivery of pertinent technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Develops comprehensive design and implementation specifications for intricate products, applications, and solutions.
• Aid in closing sales opportunities by showcasing a thorough understanding and addressing inquiries about our solutions, services, and training.
• Contribute to the assessment of opportunities, establish demonstration criteria, build proof of concept systems, and formulate sales cycle closure plans.
• Support all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
• Assist the sales team in responding to RFIs.
• Engage in discovery sessions with sales to pose qualifying questions and grasp pain points, existing business processes, and desired future states.
• Leverage extensive HCM knowledge to deliver technical expertise to sales personnel and clients through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Over 5 years of significant expertise in the human resource domain (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.).
• More than 3 years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g., Infor, Greenhouse, iCims, SAP, Oracle, UKG, and Ceridian, etc.).
• At least 3 years in a presales, sales consulting, and/or implementation role.
