Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accelerate the sales process by delivering impeccable standard and tailored product demonstrations to mid- and C-level executives within the Office of Finance.

• Support prospective clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with minimal oversight.

• Act as a mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives; engage in team knowledge sharing.

• Convert intricate customer challenges into impactful Proof-of-Concept presentations.

• Develop and showcase high-quality OneStream demonstrations that highlight advanced product features, benefits, and future developments.

• Identify the best solutions to meet customer needs and clearly communicate OneStream’s overall value proposition.

• Maintain standard demo environments and materials to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and effective.

• Provide clear, persuasive presentations and build trust with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 6 years of experience in the CPM industry within technical presales, consulting, or similar roles.

• Technical proficiency with CPM tools (OneStream or comparable).

• Background in Finance/Accounting with knowledge of business analysis and financial modeling.

• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities; capable of leading technical discussions with confidence.

• Proven track record of quickly assessing customer landscapes and identifying use cases for potential clients.

• Experience in guiding customers through the evaluation of CPM solutions (or similar).
