Consultor de Relacionamento Conversacional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives focused on banking features within WhatsApp, including transactional functions such as PIX, bill payments, account statements, and investments;

• Responsible for the P&L of the area, managing and making necessary adjustments for budget execution;

• Present results and key metrics in executive environments of the company and lead projects in collaboration with other teams;

• Oversee the account opening process for INSS and CLT clients, along with the transfer of INSS benefits and salary, respectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, or Economics;

• Professional experience in financial companies related to account openings (checking, investment, or similar) through digital channels;

• Proficiency in Office Suite is essential;

• Ability to handle data, interpret, and analyze queries (SQL) and dashboards;

• Knowledge of the steps involved in the account opening process, including salary portability and/or INSS benefits;

• Familiarity and experience with digital account opening journeys, salary portability, and INSS benefits;

• Capability to analyze data related to customer behavior, adoption, and use of digital products in conversational environments and applications.
