Associate Technical Consultant – Cranial and Spinal Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical product and system support in the operating room (e.g., navigation, robotics, implants, instruments, surgical systems) in collaboration with the team.

• Execute product demonstrations, in-service training sessions, and workshops for clinical staff, as well as provide internal sales training.

• Identify and align sales opportunities within the Cranial and Spinal Technologies product portfolio, evaluate customer feedback, and communicate pertinent information to internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (mainly Team West, focusing on strategic accounts) to enhance customer solutions within our AiBLETM ecosystem (a technologically integrated ecosystem for spine and neurosurgery).

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in biomedical engineering, health management, or a related technical/clinical discipline.

• Experience in a medical setting, preferably in neurosurgery or spine surgery.

• Technical knowledge of complex medical systems and devices.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Customer-focused, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Strong eagerness to learn and adaptability.

• Proficient in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Team-oriented mindset with strong skills in relationship building.
