Functional Consultant, TOTVS WMS Logix

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of the TOTVS WMS Logix system.

• Gather, map, and analyze logistics and operational workflows.

• Configure and fine-tune the system in accordance with business rules.

• Assist users and operational teams in effectively utilizing the tool.

• Discover opportunities for improvements, automation, and increased efficiency.

• Collaborate on integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and other systems involved in the operations.

• Provide support for testing, validations, and the management of incidents and enhancements.

• Ensure that system processes are in alignment with warehouse operational practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in using TOTVS WMS Logix.

• Background in logistics operations and warehouse settings.

• Knowledge of the following processes:

• Receiving and inspection.

• Slotting and storage.

• Picking/Packing.

• Shipping.

• Strong analytical abilities and a process-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with business areas/stakeholders.

• Experience in requirements gathering and providing functional support.
