This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the lead technical architect throughout the pursuit lifecycle within a collaborative growth team.
• Assist in proposal, capture, and business development initiatives.
• Deliver comprehensive thought leadership for proposal submissions, encompassing technical solutions, staffing, implementation timelines, and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
• Create technical documents, white papers, statements of work, presentations, and proposals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with partner organizations to devise technical solutions, integrate partner capabilities, and formulate pricing strategies.
• Investigate innovative methods and enabling technologies to enhance solution innovation and improvements.
• Contribute proposal-ready materials to the Gold Standard database.
• Gather business and technical requirements and effectively communicate them to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Execute multiple complex tasks both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• US citizenship is required to secure a Secret clearance.
• Over 10 years of experience in developing federal contracting solutions, including roles as a technical architect or in the pursuit of complex federal proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability to manage one or more sections of a proposal covering a variety of topics.
• Experience in architecting and implementing solutions in relevant areas such as mission IT, systems engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Proven proficiency with AI/ML platforms and tools.
• Strong track record of writing, reviewing, directing, and crafting proposal sections across various disciplines, technologies, or requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Background in systems engineering, particularly in multidisciplinary systems integration.
• ITIL or AWS Solutions Architect certification is preferred.
• Certifications specific to topics such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or project management (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are preferred.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
