Senior Solution Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical knowledge, competitive advantages, and strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle.

• Integrate solution setup, visual tools, and engaging storytelling to present impactful demonstrations illustrating how Coupa’s solutions can generate measurable business value and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the creation of RFP responses and additional sales materials, including presentations, documents, and videos.

• Acquire and sustain up-to-date knowledge on how to set up and utilize Coupa’s comprehensive suite of spend management applications.

• Act as a subject matter expert capable of delivering valuable sales insights and/or solution expertise to account executives, solutions consulting team members, and others.

• Engage in cross-functional initiatives to enhance the speed and scale of sales transactions and the adoption of Coupa solutions as we expand to capture our market potential.

• Enhance execution and resolve challenges by taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• This role is primarily remote but may necessitate travel to prospects, clients, and a local Coupa office.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting the sales or implementation of enterprise Software as a Service for business functions such as financial accounting, customer management, or sales automation.

• Proficient in Business German and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Familiarity with at least one Business Spend Management application or solution is preferred, including eProcurement, eSourcing, Invoice Automation, Contract Management, Expense Management, Payment Automation, or Treasury Management.

• Experience with multiple applications from this category is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conceptualize slide designs (PPT or Google Docs), persuasive storytelling, and showmanship.

• Prior consulting experience with any of the following applications is a strong indicator of success: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Ariba, Ivalua, GEP, Jaggaer, etc.

• Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
