Senior Software Verification Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and Automate Testing: Create, implement, and sustain automated test scripts and frameworks (mainly using Python) to ensure the proper functionality of our software products.

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Thoroughly investigate feature sets, taking charge from test planning to final implementation and full automation.

• System & Integration Validation: Assess software functionality and performance through system-level and integration testing, utilizing Linux-based environments and virtualization technologies.

• Test Environment Management: Establish, maintain, and enhance test environments using Linux, Docker, virtual machines, and other contemporary tools.

• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with software, DevOps, architecture, and product teams to define testing requirements, coordinate releases, and guarantee high-quality product delivery.

• Continuous Improvement: Propel design verification processes, contribute to methodological enhancements, and utilize planning/tracking systems to manage release progress and establish release indicators.

• Defect Analysis: Examine test outcomes, document defects, and monitor issues to resolution, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or software engineering

• Strong expertise in Python and scripting for automation

• Extensive experience with Linux-based environments, including system tools and command-line utilities

• Proven knowledge of computer networking and modern Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with software testing, integration, and system validation methodologies

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities

• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead technical initiatives

• Excellent interpersonal skills, agility, and a strong determination for success

• Proficient in English; strong presentation and public speaking skills.
