Senior Software Quality Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and dependability of intricate manufacturing software systems

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile setting

• Design and implement both manual and automated testing procedures

• Promote ongoing enhancements in quality processes

• Formulate testing strategies

• Improve automation frameworks

• Aid in the delivery of robust, high-performance software solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in agile development settings

• Extensive hands-on experience with: Python, Playwright, Robot Framework

• Demonstrated experience in both manual and automated testing practices

• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing

• Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

• Capacity to swiftly comprehend complex systems and domains

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and quality

• Nice to Have: ISTQB Foundation certification

• Experience in manufacturing or complex process-driven environments

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks

• Proficiency in SQL and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
