Senior Software Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and enhance the testing strategy and architecture, including environments, test data, and scenarios.

• Design and implement test scenarios covering functional, integration, API, and performance aspects.

• Assess requirements and acceptance criteria, aiding in analysis and refinement alongside the team.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects (bugs) until resolution.

• Oversee releases and deployments, ensuring the quality of delivery in production environments.

• Create and update test documentation, manuals, and supportive materials, contributing to knowledge management initiatives.

• Produce and assess quality metrics and reports, facilitating ongoing product improvements.

• Conduct UI/layout testing to ensure compliance with requirements and user experience standards.

• Work collaboratively with developers, the Product Manager, and the Tech Lead to build effective solutions.

• Offer assistance to development and QA teams, sharing expertise and best practices.

• Assist in test automation and CI/CD integration efforts.

• Function within an augmented-efficiency model, utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Understanding of functional, integration, API, and performance testing techniques.

• Capability to analyze requirements and verify business rules.

• Knowledge of databases (SQL/PL-SQL) for effective data validation.

• Familiarity with .NET and/or Delphi development environments.

• Experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Background in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Experience or familiarity with test automation and the application of AI in quality assurance.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
