Senior Software Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the technological advancement of the Prescription product, ensuring stability, usability, and security throughout essential workflows;

• Collaborate closely with Product, concentrating on the physician user experience and enhancing operational efficiency;

• Build and manage engineering teams, elevating technical standards and delivery maturity;

• Advance the architecture with a focus on reliability, performance, and minimal latency;

• Guarantee software engineering excellence through adherence to best practices, testing, and observability;

• Engage in technical governance and streamline the ecosystem;

• Ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive data, particularly within a healthcare context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams focused on critical digital products;

• Solid foundation in software quality, reliability, and observability;

• Familiarity with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, etc.);

• Knowledge of application security and the protection of sensitive data;

• Capability to work closely with Product, with a strong emphasis on user experience.
