Senior Software Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute AI strategy and develop production-ready AI systems.

• Oversee the research, design, and implementation of AI solutions.

• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI development.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to discover AI opportunities.

• Design and create custom AI products, including predictive models and semantic search systems.

• Manage the deployment and monitoring of AI models in a production environment.

• Lead the AI and software development team, facilitating their career growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Development.

• More than 3 years of experience in AI / ML Engineering in production settings.

• At least 2 years of experience in LLM / Generative AI Development.

• A minimum of 2 years of Cloud AI Deployment experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in MLOps / Model Lifecycle Management.

• Over 2 years of experience in People Management / Technical Leadership.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript.

• Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Practical experience with RAG architecture, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
