This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to execute projects that align with organizational objectives.
• Aid in the design, development, and upkeep of self-service tools that enhance the investor's experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and develop solutions that optimize business workflows.
• Create scalable, dependable systems that cater to the requirements of both internal users and external investors.
• Guarantee the security, performance, and availability of our essential platforms.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and the deployment of high-quality code.
• Over 5 years of experience in software development, emphasizing full-stack development, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Design, construct, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and UIs that allow partners to access performance data, operational workflows, and program controls.
• Experience with some or many of the following technologies: Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, Python.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.
• Experience with microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines (Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies).
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
