• Accountable for establishing common foundations for Hawk-Eye's technology organization.

• Develop the platform, data, and governance frameworks for AI-driven software delivery.

• Lead the internal engineering enablement through the Developer Experience function.

• Create and manage a high-performing Platform Engineering team.
