Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead, AI Agents Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of backend services and integrations among platform components.

• Lead integration initiatives between platform components and blockchain layers.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.

• Provide guidance to the team on implementation, quality, and engineering best practices.

• Ensure alignment among services in a highly integrated environment.

• Contribute to system design, technical documentation, and diagrams.

• Maintain code quality and reliability through testing and continuous enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of backend development experience, primarily using Python.

• Strong software engineering expertise in Node.js with TypeScript, along with the capability and motivation to work deeply in Python services.

• Demonstrated experience in building production AI/LLM applications, including multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns.

• Solid understanding of AI framework selection and practical trade-offs (familiarity with LangGraph and related ecosystem tools is a significant advantage).

• Experience in developing and operating microservices with numerous internal and external integrations.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments (Docker).

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).

• Experience in event-driven architectures, preferably including event sourcing patterns.

• Strong competency with PostgreSQL and practical knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, and Weaviate.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and system design in distributed environments.

• Focus on writing clean, maintainable code and automated testing.

• Experience creating technical documentation, including C4 and UML artifacts.

• Proven experience as a Technical/Team Lead with full ownership of delivery and technical decisions.

• Hands-on knowledge of AI software development tools (for instance, Cursor and Claude Code), with the ability to guide team adoption while maintaining quality at a high delivery speed.

• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in rapidly changing environments with high ambiguity.
