Senior Software Engineer, Reliability Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Partner with the Reliability Experience, Incident Management, Observability, and Resiliency teams to design and create exceptional UX.

• Actively engage by producing high-quality, tested pull requests and reviewing the designs and code of others.

• Develop suitable tests to guarantee the reliability and performance of the software you build.

• Design and present your own documents related to design, product, and architecture, while also providing feedback on the work of others.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and performance engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of engineering experience in the industry.

• Experience in building internal infrastructure, especially in the Data or Observability domains (knowledge of Prometheus is an advantage).

• Strong ability to collaborate with team members across different time zones.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.

• Robust engineering and coding abilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to explore areas beyond your usual expertise and a drive for personal development without the guidance of a dedicated product manager.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is crucial.
