Senior Software Engineer – Platform Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Report to the Engineering Manager

• Design, develop, and manage identity and account services, which encompass authentication, authorization, and user/team directories

• Create scalable, highly available, distributed, and efficient platform services utilized by various engineering teams

• Develop and sustain cross-product functionalities, including automation, analytics systems, and ticketing integration

• Take ownership of and enhance the onboarding process for linking AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI cloud provider accounts

• Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Design, and Quality Engineering teams

• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer specializing in designing and delivering distributed, highly available services

• Strong expertise in Go or Java programming languages

• Practical experience with Postgres or another relational database system

• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as NATS

• Familiarity with AI coding agents like Claude or similar tools

• A proactive mindset towards learning how to utilize AI coding agents to enhance workflows

• Capability to navigate between high-priority projects and tasks within a distributed, remote-first team

• Experience working with SaaS applications

• Proven track record of delivering large software projects from start to finish

• Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) integration is an advantage
