Senior Software Engineer – Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability through AI-native integrations.

• Collaborate with geographically distributed Cloud/DevOps teams to provide production support as needed.

• Work alongside data engineers, AI engineers, and product teams to integrate CRM capabilities across the Seismic platform.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, advocating best practices in full-stack development.

• Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with C# and .NET, including unit testing, object-oriented programming, and web services.

• More than 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL, focusing on maintenance and performance tuning.

• Proficient in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Domain Driven Development (DDD) using tools like xUnit and Postman.

• Experience with event-driven architectures utilizing tools such as Kafka and in-memory data stores like Redis.

• Skilled in container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Pulumi.

• Experience with Claude, CoPilot, GitHub, NewRelic, Snowflake, Ansible, Python, and Agentforce is advantageous.

• Knowledge of major CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce or Dynamics is a plus.

• Front-end development experience is an added benefit.

• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, particularly with cloud-native services for AI/ML, data storage, and processing. Experience deploying containerized applications into Kubernetes is a plus.

• Extensive experience in SaaS application development and cloud technologies, with a comprehensive understanding of modern distributed systems and cloud operational infrastructure.

• Proven track record in collaborating with product management and design to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery. Demonstrated ability to drive feature development from concept to launch and collaborate effectively with teams across different global regions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
