Senior Software Engineer – Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Integrations that are AI-native, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Cloud Support: Collaborate closely with geographically dispersed Cloud/DevOps teams to deliver production support as needed.

• Integration: Partner with data engineers, AI engineers, and product teams to embed CRM functionalities throughout the Seismic platform.

• Technical Leadership: Offer technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers, advocating best practices in full-stack development.

• Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with C# and .NET, including unit testing, object-oriented programming, and web services.

• More than 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL, encompassing maintenance and performance tuning.

• Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Domain Driven Development (DDD) using tools like xUnit, Postman, etc.

• Experience with event-driven architectures utilizing tools such as Kafka and in-memory data stores like Redis.

• Skilled in container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

• Experience with Claude, CoPilot, GitHub, NewRelic, Snowflake, Ansible, Python, and Agentforce is advantageous.

• Familiarity with major CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce/Dynamics is a plus.

• Front-end experience is beneficial.

• Cloud Expertise: Proficient with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of cloud-native services for AI/ML, data storage, and processing. Experience deploying containerized applications in Kubernetes is a plus.

• SaaS Knowledge: Extensive background in SaaS application development and cloud technologies, with a comprehensive understanding of modern distributed systems and cloud operational infrastructure.

• Product Development: Proven experience in working with product management and design teams, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions that ensure successful delivery. Demonstrated history of driving feature development from concept to launch, and effectively collaborating with teams across various global regions.

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Fast-paced Environment: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
