Senior Software Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Management and optimization of infrastructure (AWS, MongoDB, infrastructure as code)

• Development of platform capabilities such as authentication, authorization, entitlement, and AI inference

• Enhancements to CI/CD pipelines and build tools

• Management of worker queues (BullMQ) and API development (tRPC)

• Improvements to developer experience and tooling

• Implementation of monitoring and observability (Datadog)

• Optimization of service reliability and performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and CI/CD frameworks

• Expertise in databases, especially MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools

• Strong grasp of authentication, authorization, and security best practices

• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript backend systems

• Proven history of enhancing developer productivity and experience
