Senior Software Engineer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop core components and frameworks that act as the foundational elements for our Agentic AI platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp their needs and requirements, creating platform solutions that enable developers to craft innovative applications on top of it.

• Foster a growth mindset by continually studying and keeping up-to-date with design patterns, techniques, and technologies that draw developers to platforms and frameworks.

• Work in close coordination with machine learning engineers to construct the infrastructure that supports ML workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient execution within enterprises.

• Provide production support and troubleshooting expertise to guarantee the platform's seamless operation and address any performance or scalability issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship or Greencard is mandatory due to US Government contract stipulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–8+ years of experience in software and platform engineering, with a proven history of designing and managing large-scale distributed systems.

• Experience in building platform infrastructure and backend systems that support multiple products and engineering teams.

• Proficiency in Rust, with a focus on designing and developing high-performance systems, as all our performance-critical areas are developed in Rust.

• Established expertise in database architecture and scalable data systems, including distributed databases, storage and indexing systems, data modeling and schema design, and high-throughput, low-latency data access patterns.

• Experience in designing systems that cater to AI and machine learning workloads.

• Familiarity with workflow engines, execution runtimes, and AI orchestration frameworks.
