Senior Software Engineer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of data-driven analytical features, from initial prototyping and experimentation to production deployment and delivery to customers.

• Design, develop, and enhance the security analytics platform to support scalable data ingestion and processing post-ingestion.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, product, and data teams to convert ambiguous requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Quickly diagnose, triage, and resolve production issues.

• Enhance reliability and continuously optimize deployed systems.

• Improve essential application components to facilitate data scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in data analytics, data science, and/or data warehousing.

• Extensive knowledge of SQL, with a focus on performance optimization and complex query design.

• Proficient in PHP or a comparable language for data processing tasks.

• Experience working within a test-driven development environment.

• Skilled in writing unit tests and integration tests.

• Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across various time zones.

• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning technologies, including SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST, VM Scanning, or Container scanning.

• Experience with column-store databases and columnar data, particularly SingleStore/MEMSQL.

• Background in integrating AI/LLM-driven features with data platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a professional environment.

• Experience maintaining applications on Linux platforms within cloud settings.

• Knowledge of modern PHP and Zend/Laminas Frameworks.

• Experience with modern React, Vite, and TanStack libraries.
