• You are an enthusiastic Backend Engineer (Java/Kotlin, with bonus points for full-stack experience!) who excels at creating scalable, maintainable, and easily understandable software.
• You take full ownership of your contributions throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial design and planning to deployment and monitoring in a production environment.
• You place a high value on production readiness, focusing on automation, reliability, resilience, monitoring, alerting, and logging.
• You are a collaborative and encouraging team member who enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and participating in technical decision-making.
• You communicate effectively and confidently in both written and spoken English, facilitating successful collaboration in a fully remote setting.

• Competitive salary with an internal, transparent salary formula based on market data.
• Flexible time off – you decide the holidays and vacations that suit you best.
• 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents, including those adopting or fostering.
• A home office stipend to assist in creating a productive workspace.
• A co-working stipend of up to $300 a month if you prefer to work outside your home.
• An annual professional development stipend of $1,800 to support your growth in your career.
