Senior Software Engineer – Onboarding, Client-facing AI initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive onboarding processes for client-oriented AI projects.

• Develop scalable and dependable experiences that enable global clients to initiate and expand their use of Reap.

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle of features, from initial conception to final deployment.

• Create systems and user interfaces that are scalable, maintainable, and robust, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Work in close collaboration with fellow engineers and product stakeholders to design and develop innovative solutions that address our clients' daily challenges.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications within our AWS environment, ensuring that implementations align with business needs and maintain high-quality standards.

• Improve system observability and reliability by writing tests, incorporating key metrics, troubleshooting issues, and learning from incidents.

• Contribute to the growth of our team by assisting in resume evaluations and conducting interviews for prospective talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of full-stack development experience with complete ownership of business-critical systems.

• Frontend: Proficient in the React.js ecosystem (TypeScript, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, React Query, MUI, Emotion/Styled Components).

• Backend: Skilled in Node.js and TypeScript; experienced in building APIs and working with event-driven/serverless architectures.

• Familiarity with Python, Go, Nest.js, or similar languages/libraries is advantageous.

• Cloud & Database: Practical AWS experience (Serverless, networking fundamentals, container services, RDS). Strong skills in database design with PostgreSQL/MySQL, solid SQL fundamentals, and experience with ORMs (TypeORM, Prisma).

• Problem-Solving: Inquisitive and detail-oriented with strong debugging abilities, balancing accuracy with practical considerations.

• Collaboration & Growth: Effective communicator, receptive to feedback, and motivated to take ownership in a dynamic environment.

• AI-assisted coding: Comfortable utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) and familiar with integrating LLM APIs (e.g., MCP, RAG).
