Senior Software Engineer – Mercury Command

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver new features that users will love

• Create and develop agentic workflows

• Collaborate with backend teams to establish tool schemas

• Take ownership of new features from start to finish

• Maintain and enhance Command's prompt architecture

• Optimize model performance

• Write and improve Command's evaluation harness

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering

• Extensive technical knowledge in building and scaling LLM-powered applications in a production environment

• Proven experience in designing agentic systems

• Capability to design multi-step workflows that are both reliable and secure

• Experience in developing evaluation infrastructure
