• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in various programming languages.

• Extensive knowledge of software architecture and design principles.

• Effective leadership and communication abilities.

• Experience in a Full Stack environment.

• Excellent communication and technical influencing capabilities.

• Familiarity with Agile principles is preferred.
